No. Illustrations All Access ($195) and Ultimate Access ($249) are one-time purchases that include a year of updates, and you keep every file you downloaded afterwards. At checkout you can opt in to auto-renew the next year at 50% off, but it is off by default. Ultimate Quarterly ($99) is the only recurring plan.
Ultimate Access on GetIllustrations ($249 one-time) unlocks all 40,000+ illustrations and 129,000+ icons and includes 2 team seats. If you only need icons, the Roundicons bundle ($99 one-time) is the cheaper route.
The $99 bundle is a standard commercial licence for up to 5 people and 5,000 icons per project. Extended ($499) removes the per-project cap, allows 25 seats and permits resale inside templates and themes. Enterprise ($1,999) allows 50 seats, lifetime updates and custom contracts.
