Vectopus Return and Refund Policy

At Vectopus, we understand the importance of satisfaction when purchasing digital assets. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers while recognizing the unique nature of digital downloads.

Digital Asset Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our assets, which include icons, illustrations, and other digital products that can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. All sales are considered final once a download has been made.

Exceptions:

  • Not as Described: If a purchased asset is not as described on our website, is damaged, or has significant issues, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the purchased asset, please contact our support team for assistance. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be offered.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions to Vectopus provide access to a wide range of digital assets along with a set number of credits each month. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within the beginning of the next month of your subscription.

Please Note:

  • Monthly Credits: The credits received in the month when the subscription was created are non-refundable, even if they have not been used. Upon canceling your subscription, any unused credits will remain in your account and can be used at a later time.

  • Subscription Cancellation: To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please contact our support team. Ensure that your request is made before the start of the next billing cycle to be eligible for a refund.

Renewals

For subscription renewals, refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date. To qualify for a refund on a renewal:

  • You must not use any of the credits allocated for the next renewal period.
  • Ensure that your request is submitted within the specified timeframe.
